LOST (IN VIDEO TRANSLATION)

Back in 1999, Lisa wrote a song in memory of a friend who died after a long illness. David put up a heroic fight, and there were a few times it seemed like he would find his way back to life in the day-to-day. But that didn't happen. Revisiting this song after so many years, it felt cathartic to build a video that expressed the song but not in a overly depressing kind of way. Finding footage of a man walking alone in the snow seemed to fit perfectly. Lisa wanted the song and video to imply just enough but still be vague enough to allow other meanings, other interpretations for listeners. "Lost" is from that handful of songs we recorded just before going on our long hiatus, and will be included on our first new release. It was recorded by our friend Victor Giordano here in Baltimore.
